Looking back to the pioneering age of the Kibbutz and the Garden City design principles, the Ben Ami Campus combines dormitories, classrooms, auditoriums, kitchen and dining hall, offices, and recreational facilities, arranged along a pedestrian campus. Maximizing the plot for landscaping, the buildings are positioned to create effective and proportional external spaces fit for various uses.

The Ground floor consists of all public facilities and creates a series of courtyards, both formal and informal, leading into the internal boulevard. The first and second floors are dormitories, arranged around central stairwells, lobbies and communal spaces.

The project uses the building mass as the main design element, accentuated by the use of white granulated stucco to enhance the shadows cast on the walls. Precast concrete tiles clad central stairwells and enhance the public ground floor. Colorful HPL along with a fully designed signage system mark entrances and create the beat and rhythm for this campus.
