תכנית אב של מתווה פיתוח עתידי, הכולל איחוד של קמפוס מכון דוידסון עם גן המדע.
מכון דוידסון לחינוך מדעי משמש כזרוע חינוכית של מכון ויצמן למדע ונמצא בשטחו, המשתרע על 1,250 דונם. במתכונתו הנוכחית מכון דוידסון מחולק ל-2 מתחמים ומשתרע על פני כ- 20-25 דונמים: המתחם הצפוני, הכולל את גן המדע, כפר נוער שוה"ם וחניון והמתחם הראשי של קמפוס דוידסון בפאתי מכון ויצמן. התכנון המוצע על-ידינו הינו מתווה פיתוח עתידי של איחוד קמפוס דוידסון עם גן המדע.
