מבנה בעל חזית נקיה ומעוצבת המשלב מחסן תפעולי ומשרדים
מבנה בן שלוש קומות אחסנה ושתי גלריות משרדים תומכי אחסנה. קומות המבנה מתוכננות באופן מדורג, המאפשר מגוון של חללי אחסון הניתנים גם לחלוקה משנית, עם אזורי תפעול פונקציונליים ונגישים למשאיות. חלקו זה של הבניין מוסתר מהרחוב על ידי חזית של אגף משרדים תומכים, העשויה קיר מסך מחופה רפפות אלומיניום אופקיות. חזית זו מאפשרת כניסת אור טבעי מקסימלי לחללי האחסנה תוך שמירה על חזות נקיה ומעוצבת כלפי הרחוב.
