About the Project
The Urban Master planning under the authority of a district committee, for the unification and division and planning of an employment area for knowledge-intensive industries, at the northern entrance to the city of Rehovot.
The plan regulated the lots adjacent to the north of the train station complex, redefining construction areas, green strips, building lines and division into lots so that construction of the entire complex in stages would be possible. As part of the submitted construction annex, the construction is divided on all its levels (including the parking basement) into lots with an overall view of the entire complex.
